The Environmental and climate conference Tellus 2019 (Miljø- og klimakonferansen), organized by the Oslo main library, will take place from 12 to 14 June. The conference invites several hundred of upper secondary schools in Oslo to meet decision makers, scientists, activists and climate artists for three days to engage in discussions for a sustainable future. NILU will participate with a workshop where students will have the opportunity to measure air quality in real-time comparing the differences between a street with busy traffic and walking in a park. We will then discuss the results and design solutions together.
This event will be a showcase for the ACTION case study on air quality monitoring.
